We've developed some very cool ways of making the whole set-up process easy and error free. We can show you what needs to be done at your end, so that we don't have to re key or align the documents you supply to us as masters.

The benefits for you are faster turnaround times and lower cost, but more importantly knowledge that what you've given us is what your customers will get. Same text, same alignment - no embarrassing spelling or set-up mistakes!

Programming

We use a variety of different programming tools, based on the specific job requirements. Because we handle work from the very smallest of runs to mailings in the hundreds of thousands we have to be certain that we have the tools that deliver flexibility and speed, and that they’re robust enough to handle the most complicated of jobs.

It’s often a lot more efficient for us to set up the response management side of a job as we prepare the outbound mailing. We can show you ways of automating inbound order or response processing by provisioning for this from the start.

EndPoint for postcoding and data cleansing

We are NZ Post SendRight certified, so that means we can postcode your files ensuring that they are SendRight Certified and from 01 July 2008 we will be issuing SOA's (Certificate Of Accuracy) which is a requirement of NZ Post for everyone wanting postal discounts for bulk mail.

In addition we also offer a comprehensive range of data cleansing services from upper & lower casing, salutation generation to de-duping and data matching.
